Welcome to AutoRacing1.com. Many of you may know me from 7th Gear.com where I enjoyed a great association with some very talented people. Together we were able to create one of the most popular CART websites on the Internet. I am proud of what I leave behind at 7th Gear but find some comfort in knowing it is in very capable hands.

At AutoRacing1.com you will find the same great coverage of CART news, rumors, interviews, discussion forums and more. Whereas we focused on just CART at 7th Gear, AutoRacing1 will provide complete coverage of CART (Champ Cars, Indy Lights and Toyota Atlantics), but also expand into two other top forms of motorsports in the world, NASCAR and F-1. Together, CART, F-1, and NASCAR are followed by over 90% of motorsports fans worldwide. More importantly, there is an increased crossover of drivers and other racing personnel between the three. For example, many personnel in CART previously worked in the F-1 arena, and many drivers from CART are now competing in NASCAR.

Our goal is to make AutoRacing1.com a community for CART, F-1 and NASCAR fans, drivers, and other personnel who work in the sport. To accomplish this we have many talented writers, engineers and researchers working to bring you the latest in racing news and behind the scenes action. I'm confident you will find their articles informative and exciting. We all share the same passion and desire to bring you the very best in motorsports news. Remember to check back regularly as we add improvements and updates to our site in the coming months. Below you'll find a summary of the different areas of AutoRacing1.com:
