Tickets Remain For Old Dominion 500 At Martinsville Speedway

As is the case about this time every year, the rumors are flying that the Old Dominion 500 NASCAR Winston
Cup race at Martinsville Speedway is already sold out. This rumor is just that ... a rumor. Good seats remain
for the race, scheduled for Sunday, October 14 at the .526-mile oval.

"For some reason, this happens every fall," said Martinsville Speedway president Clay Campbell. "We've
had incredibly strong tickets sales for the Old Dominion 500, but excellent seats still remain." Seats also
are available for the Advance Auto Parts 200 NASCAR Featherlite Modified Tour race on Saturday, October 13.
Ticket prices for the Old Dominion 500 range from $40 to $60. Martinsville Speedway is also offering family unreserved seating that allows parents to bring children ages six to 12 to the Old Dominion 500 for $5 per
child. Adult tickets in the family unreserved area will be $40. Children under age six get in free to the
Family Section. Tickets for the Family Section go on sale race morning at 7:30.

The Family Section, as well as all of the concrete bleachers at Martinsville Speedway, has undergone a
facelift in the past year. Aluminum seats with back rests now cover all of the concrete.
The Old Dominion 500/Advance Auto Parts 200 weekend kicks off with qualifying for the Old Dominion 500
NASCAR Winston Cup race at 3:05 p.m. on Friday, October 12 followed by a 30-lap Anderson Tractor John
Deere Allison Legacy Series race. Tickets for qualifying are $15 for adults and children under 12 get in free.
The Advance Auto Parts 200 NASCAR Featherlite Modified Tour race is scheduled to take the green flag at
2:45 on Saturday, October 13. Tickets for the Advance Auto Parts 200 are $30 for adults and $5 for children
ages 6-12. All seats are unreserved.
