Kimi says he's not worried, he should be
It's a case of "been there, done that, got the T-shirt" for Kimi Raikkonen with the Finn unperturbed over the latest Max Verstappen reports.

After being comfortably beaten by team-mate Fernando Alonso in 2014 and Sebastian Vettel this year, rumors were rife that Ferrari could drop the 2007 World Champion at the end of this season.

The Scuderia, though, decided to retain Raikkonen for 2016, but reports now suggest they could replace him with up and coming Toro Rosso rookie Verstappen in 2017.

Paul Walker
Paul Walker

Paul Walker's father sued Porsche for negligence and wrongful death Wednesday over the 2013 accident that killed the "Fast & Furious" star.

Walker's father, who is the executor of his son's estate, filed the lawsuit claiming that the Porsche Carrera GT that his son was riding in lacked safety features that could have saved the actor's life.

The lawsuit cites features included in other pending lawsuits against the automaker over the crash that might have saved the actor's life, including a stability control system, side-door reinforcements and a breakaway fuel line to help prevent the car from bursting into flames after a collision.

No stock cars for Ricciardo for now
No stock cars for Ricciardo for now
(GMM)  Daniel Ricciardo seems resigned to put his Nascar ambitions on the back burner for now.

At the height of Red Bull's engine supply crisis some weeks ago, the Australian driver seemed to be lining up an alternative when - on Twitter - Nascar star Dale Earnhardt Jr invited Ricciardo to a test "at any time".

"Unofficially I'd love to, let's see what happens," Ricciardo said at the time.

But at Abu Dhabi on Friday, Red Bull team boss Christian Horner seemed to put Ricciardo's F1 future firmly back on track by saying he has now inked an engine contract for 2016.

Lewis Hamilton interested in NASCAR
Lewis Hamilton admits he would love to take part in a NASCAR race "one day" after being an impressed spectator for the series' season finale. Hamilton flew to Miami to support Jeff Gordon last week ahead of the four-time NASCAR champion's final race in the series. The Mercedes driver is known to be an avid fan of America and American culture but has not raced outside of F1 since making his debut in 2007.

Hamilton admits he has ambitions to follow in Gordon's footsteps at some point in the future. "It was a really cool event, I hope I get to do one one day," Hamilton said ahead of this weekend's Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. The reigning three-time world champion thinks there is a lot Formula One can learn from NASCAR, especially the access it gives to the fans.

Esteban Ocon
Esteban Ocon

ART Grand Prix’s Esteban Ocon made an important step in his fight for this season’s title: The Frenchman came into the final round of the year with a two point deficit; but following an epic qualifying session, Ocon edged out Arden International’s Kevin Ceccon by just 0.016s. "I think it (the mass photoshopping) was something positive," Alonso told the Spanish newspaper Marca in Abu Dhabi.
