Extreme Weather Creates Intense Racing Conditions For F4 U.S. Competitors
From three-wide battles to multiple lead changes in the rain, Formula 4 United States Championship Powered by Honda delivered two dramatic rounds of racing at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course in Lexington, Ohio, on Friday. Inclement weather dictated team strategy. Those who gambled with the conditions conquered the track, creating two new champions.

Kiwi Motorsport driver Brendon Leitch of Invercargill, New Zealand, charged his way from starting from last place from pit lane to claiming his maiden victory in the first race. Skylar Robinson of Augusta, Georgia, also scored his first F4 U.S. win of the season in Race 2 after starting in P11.
