XM Canada to broadcast three Champ Car races
XM Canada (TSX: XSR) announced today that it will broadcast live and taped coverage of the Canadian stops on the Champ Car World Series circuit beginning June 30 on XM Channel 205.

Hosted by Raceline Radio's Erik Tomas and 1998 Formula Atlantic Champion Lee Bentham, Champ Car race coverage of the inaugural Champ Car Grand Prix of Mont-Tremblant begins at 2 p.m. EDT on June 30 and runs until July 1. Listeners can experience the thrills of the race track with exclusive interviews and turn-by-turn coverage from the historical Circuit Mont-Tremblant. The coverage moves to Toronto on July 7 and 8 for the Steelback Grand Prix of Toronto and to Edmonton on July 21 and 22 for the Champ Car Grand Prix of Edmonton.

"The addition of the Champ Car World Series reinforces our commitment to offer our subscribers the very best in exciting sports coverage," said Ross Davies, vice president of programming of XM Canada. "With the broadcast of the Canadian events, we are bringing the roar of the sport to all motor racing fans regardless of where they live."

XM Canada subscribers can hear Champ Car Radio Network live on XM Channel 205 beginning at 2 p.m. EDT on June 30. The Champ Car Radio Network is produced by Aflalo Communications Inc. in cooperation with Wise Broadcasting.
