Danka Renews and Extends Partnership with St. Pete race Danka Business Systems PLC (OTCBB: DANKY) has renewed and extended its partnership with the Honda Grand Prix of St. Petersburg, officials from both organizations announced today.
In an expanded partnership that includes both the 2008 and 2009 Honda Grand Prix of St. Petersburg events, Danka will be the official business machine provider of the event. The St. Petersburg-based company will also have branding rights for both the Danka Media Center and the Danka Credential Center at the Honda Grand Prix of St. Petersburg. Danka first teamed-up with the Honda Grand Prix of St. Petersburg in 2007.

The Honda Grand Prix of St. Petersburg, the first street-circuit race on the 2008 IndyCar Series schedule, will be run on a 1.8-mile, 14-turn course through the streets of St. Petersburg on Sunday, April 6. Qualifying and practice sessions for the event will be held Friday, April 4 and Saturday, April 5. The second running of the Acura Sports Car Challenge of St. Petersburg on the American Le Mans Series gets under way at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 5.
