Johnson favored to win Sunday's UAW-Dodge 400 Micah Roberts, oddsmaker for Station Casinos in Las Vegas, has set the odds for Sunday's NASCAR Sprint Cup Series UAW-Dodge 400 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. It is no surprise that two-time NASCAR Sprint Cup Series champion Jimmie Johnson tops that list.
Johnson, driver of the No. 48 Lowe's Chevrolet for Hendrick Motorsports, is listed at 7-to-1. He has won the past three UAW-Dodge 400s at LVMS and is hoping to achieve a feat no driver has attained since 1998: win the same race four consecutive times.
Jeff Gordon and Matt Kenseth - no strangers to LVMS' victory lane - are listed at 8-to-1, but Tony Stewart, who is winless at LVMS, is close to them at 10-to-1. Dale Earnhardt Jr. has been placed at 13-to-1.
At the opposite end of the spectrum, Burney Lamar, Kyle Petty and Ken Schrader are listed at 500/1.
Tickets for Sunday's UAW-Dodge 400, Saturday's NASCAR Nationwide Series Sam's Town 300, Friday's Qualifying Day and the Neon Garage fan experience may be purchased by calling the LVMS ticket office at (702) 644-4444 or online at www.LVMS.com.
