F1 sponsorship opportunity
Inside Grand Prix is a globally distributed 30-minute TV show that airs prior to each live Formula One Grand Prix telecast. The distribution of the show mirrors that of each Grand Prix telecast, serving as a pre-show for the live coverage. Each episode of Inside Grand Prix is aired twice and collectively reaches more than 44 million per show. The show is aired in Asia, Europe, Australia and North America. Each episode features a description of the up-coming circuit and drivers’ reaction to it as well as general information on Grand Prix racing and its participants. Each program is presented in English, German or Mandarin.

For the 2010 season, our client, Grand Prix Tours, controls a 3-minute segment in each episode of Inside Grand Prix. Grand Prix Tours is the leading purveyor of motor sport tour experiences in the world. Formed in1983, it offers travel programs to each Grand Prix and draws fans from around the world. A feature of each tour is a pre-race social event where clients get to meet and question Grand Prix drivers, an almost unheard of option in recent years. The interview format is hosted by well- known F-1 personality Peter Windsor.  The complete interview last for about 30-minutes and a 3-minute edited version is inserted into Inside Grand Prix. Prospective sponsors are offered logo ID on a backdrop to the interviews. In addition the complete 30-minute interview can be up-loaded to a sponsor’s web site during each Grand Prix weekend. That up-load is presented in English, German or Mandarin. A secondary but critical advantage of this relationship is the ability to develop promotions in selected markets around these programs. Due to their extensive experience in the world of F-1, Grand Prix tours can design and operate programs that precisely meet the goals of the sponsor at very reasonable incremental cost.

This opportunity could be attractive to existing F-1 sponsors who are looking to extend and supplement their reach, or to new sponsors who are looking for cost effective ways to associate their brand with F-1.

There are two sponsorship slots available. Each sponsorship costs US$1.2 million. Stefanucci & Turner are the exclusive agency representing this program. They welcome enquiries and can provide a full presentation upon request.
