Sarah Fischer Racing triples space Sarah Fisher Racing has begun moving into a facility -- a few doors down from its current Indianapolis shop -- that will triple its space to 15,000 square feet.
The news comes on the heels of the announcement that the team would expand Sarah Fisher's Dollar General program to nine races and add 2006 Firestone Indy Lights Champion Jay Howard for four events in 2010 with backing from Tire Kingdom.
"Growth is a great problem to have," Fisher said. "We've worked tirelessly to build and expand this program, and we're thrilled to see the results in our 2010 plans. I have a new teammate, a new car, and now we will have the room to stretch our legs and keep developing."
The new facility features a dedicated build area for the team's cars, an in-house setup and twist rigs facility, a design area and state-of-the-art machine shop. IndyCar.com
