NASCAR to open branded chain of car washes Ed note: They are filling the seats, so they are going to wash cars if they have to...
Win on Sunday; get your car washed on Monday. NASCAR has signed a licensing agreement with a Utah based company for upwards of 40 car washes across the United States. The locations have yet to be announced, but the timetable calls for the facilities to be open within the next four to five years.
"NASCAR has had considerable success in branding properties in different market categories," Blake Davidson, NASCAR's managing director of licensed products, said in a statement. "With millions of fans passionate about car care, we are excited about this concept."
The car washes come on the heels of NASCAR licensed and themed camp grounds, 13 of which are expected to be open this month. examiner.com
