Sebastian Vettel set the fastest time of Friday's first practice session in Abu Dhabi in what was essentially an exercise in circuit cleaning so the times below are largely meaningless. This afternoon's times will be more indicative of who in on pace and who is not.
The session started out wet after a morning shower, but dried late in the session.
