Rahal to entertain Holmatro race guests Holmatro Incorporated, sponsor of the Holmatro Safety Team, and Graham Rahal, driver of the No. 38 Service Central Chip Ganassi Racing entry, are pleased to announce a partnership that will provide Holmatro’s race guests with an opportunity to get a driver’s perspective on the challenges of racing in the IZOD INDYCAR Series. During each race weekend Graham will meet with Holmatro’s guests and explain some of the advanced technology in his car, the intricacies of the car’s setup for different tracks and how he prepares himself for racing in the fastest race series in the world.
According to Giff Swayne, President of Holmatro, “Partnering with Graham Rahal is an excellent opportunity for Holmatro to provide an unforgettable race weekend experience for our guests. Being able to meet and talk with one of the IZOD INDYCAR Series most promising and recognizable drivers about racing, the cars and the Series will ensure that our guests leave the event with a truly memorable experience.”
Swayne added, “If they weren’t fans of the IZOD INDYCAR Series before they came to an event as guests of Holmatro they certainly will be after they leave. In addition to our sponsorship of the Holmatro Safety Team this relationship with Graham Rahal will help us to promote not only Holmatro but the Series itself.”
“Holmatro, through the company’s support of the Holmatro Safety Team, is a critically important partner of the IZOD IndyCar Series,” said Rahal. “Holmatro provided on-track safety for my dad (three-time IndyCar champion and Indianapolis 500 winner, Bobby Rahal) when he drove Indy Cars and continues to do the same for me and my fellow competitors. Having the opportunity to interact with Holmatro’s guests on race weekends and provide them with a unique perspective and experience will hopefully create new IndyCar fans and, in the process, help grow Holmatro’s business.”
