 Italian GP: Vettel pips Hamilton in practice 2  World Driving champion Sebastian Vettel posted the fastest time in the second Friday practice session for the Italian Grand Prix, just beating McLaren rival Lewis Hamilton.

Vettel posted a time of 1m24.010s to just nip Hamilton by 0.036s.

Multi-time Italian GP winner Michael Schumacher was third quickest in the Mercedes just 3/10th off the pace.  Ferrari's drivers Felipe Massa and Fernando Alonso improved from the morning, finishing fourth and fifth respectively.

Mark Webber was sixth quickest in the second Red Bull.
