 Singapore GP: Webber tops Practice 3  Mark Webber ended practice 3 for the Singapore Grand prix on top having found more time overnight. Jenson Button was a very close second ahead of Sebastian Vettel, but you can't help feeling Vettel had more pace than he was able to show since he was repeatedly blocked on his fast laps. Likewise for Lewis Hamilton down in fifth.
