Fellows to run road races for Dale Earnhardt Jr For the fifth consecutive year, road-course ace Ron Fellows will run the Nationwide Series road races for JR Motorsports.
Fellows will pilot the No. 5 car this weekend at Road America and then run the August events at Watkins Glen and Montreal.
Fellows has four victories in the series, all coming on road courses and including the August 2008 race driving for JRM at Montreal.
“I have competed in a lot of races with JR Motorsports, and it’s been great fun,” Fellows said. “They have an amazing group of people, and we've been competitive at almost all of the races.
“That's what brings me back and keeps me young. My relationship with Dale (Earnhardt) Jr. began more than 10 years ago, and I'm proud to have driven for both him and his father.”
