Volvo Truck's Slackline Walking Stunt a Massive YouTube Hit A young woman walks a slackline between two trucks driving at full speed: not even in Hollywood has this stunt ever been attempted. The stunt film is now a massive success on YouTube, with more than 3 million people having seen the film over the past few days.
The woman on the line is American slackliner Faith Dickey, the world record-holder in highlining, a young sport which is about walking on a line as high and far as possible.
The stunt was set up to show the precise handling of the new Volvo FH. Filmed on an unopened highway in Croatia in cooperation with Hollywood stunt director Peter Pedrero (James Bond, Harry Potter, Pirates of the Caribbean.) The film's director is Oscar-nominated Henry Alex Rubin, whose feature film Disconnect starring Sweden's Alexander Skarsgard is currently playing in cinemas.
