U.S. Grand Prix named Sports Event of the Year at 2013 Sports Business Awards The 2012 U.S. Grand Prix was named Sports Event of the Year at the SportsBusiness Journal/Daily 2013 Sports Business Awards being held tonight in New York City. Almost 650 are at the event, which is being held at the Marriott Marquis at Times Square.
Mal Moore of the University of Alabama was posthumously named Athletic Director of the Year.
