Castroneves tops final warm-up in Toronto Helio Castroneves topped the final warm-up for the 2nd half of the Honda Toronto IndyCar doubleheader on the streets of Toronto Canada. An amazing 11 drivers turned lap times that were near their qualifying lap times, which is unusual for Sunday morning warm-up, indicating the track has rubbered in and the track is getting faster.
Ganassi drivers Scott Dixon and Dario Franchitti, early favorites to win Sunday, were 2nd and 3rd. Will Power and James Hinchcliffe rounded out the top-5.
Carlos Munoz, subbing for Ryan Briscoe, was next to last in 23rd, as he struggled to get up to speed as a last minute addition to the grid.
