Hungarian GP: Vettel tops Practice 1 Sebastian Vettel turned the fastest lap in the opening practice session for the Hungarian Grand Prix. Vettel's 1m22.723s lap was good enough to secure the top spot over Red Bull teammate Mark Webber.
Webber finished 0.259s behind, with Lotus driver Kimi Raikkonen in third, less than a tenth behind the Australian.
Fernando Alonso was fourth quickest in the Ferrari, while Raikkonen's teammate Romain Grosjean was 5th.
Jenson Button was the quickest McLaren driver in sixth, ahead of Force India's Adrian Sutil and the Mercedes of Nico Rosberg. Teammate Lewis Hamilton, last year's polesitter in Hungary, could only manage 13th.
