Mid-Ohio Indy Lights qualification report Gabby Chavez made the most of a drying track to qualify for the pole for tomorrow’s Indy Lights race. Peter Dempsey qualified second, and rookie Jack Hawksworth qualified third. Rounding out the top five were Carlos Munoz and rookie Zach Veach.
Rookie Sage Karam had an early off in turn 1 when he slipped on wet pavement under the pedestrian overpass. His team got him out with a couple of minutes remaining, and he was able to post a 9th place starting spot.
