Japan: Webber tops Practice 3 as Vettel has issues Mark Webber kept Red Bull on top in the final practice for the Japanese Grand Prix at Suzuka. His teammate Sebastian Vettel had been second to Webber on hard tires, 0.314s off his teammate's pace early. But then a KERS problem left Vettel watching the final quarter of an hour from the garage.
Late runs from the two Mercedes, Nico Rosberg and then Lewis Hamilton saw them close behind Webber at the finish of the session.
Romain Grosjean was fourth, ahead of Ferrari duo of Fernando Alonso and Felipe Massa.
