The very preliminary CART schedule has been in circulation at Portland and it includes 22 races.  We think some dates may change however, as it only leaves 2 weeks open for the Indy 500 and Tony George is thinking about changing it back to a 3-week event.  Expect more changes in 2002 as CART jettison's more weak races.  Possible additions for 2002 include Montreal, San Francisco, Philadelphia, Las Vegas, Road Atlanta, Denver.
