We took a wild guess that Texas was moved to April 29th to make room for Japan on May 6th.  We also penciled in Las Vegas or Phoenix as the season opener in February with Nazareth off the calendar because there just was no room for it and an April date did not make them real happy.   We were tempted to pencil in Montreal for Vancouver, but we held off.  Please folks - remember this is all just speculation right now.
