Stefan Wilson to join brother Justin at Dale Coyne Racing
Stefan Wilson
Justin Wilson and his brother, Stefan, are teammates in the Izod IndyCar Series at least for this week, and it could be more.

Details of the Dale Coyne Racing program still haven't been confirmed, but Stefan will drive the No. 19 car alongside his brother, who returns to the No. 18.

Stefan is expected to share the car with Ana Beatriz in this week's open test at Barber Motorsports Park in Leeds, Ala. If the deals are signed, Stefan will drive the car at most of the road courses and street circuits, including the April 7 race here at Barber, with Beatriz competing at her hometown race in Brazil and on the ovals.

Justin Wilson
Justin and Stefan, who are separated by 11 years, have never raced against each other. Justin said the only issue could be his own desire to help his kid brother succeed in IndyCar.

“I need to keep in mind that I'm here to have my own success, and I need to be somewhat selfish about that,” Justin said.

The Wilsons are believed to be the first brother set on the same team since Bill and Don Whittington at Pocono in 1983.

Justin offered this warning to his brother: If a race victory is on the line, “You've got to go for it.” AutoWeek
