IndyCar Silly Season update

According to AR1.com inside sources, Justin Wilson is signing with KV racing for next season to drive alongside Sebastien Bourdais. As previously rumored and now confirmed via another source, Alexander Rossi, having given up on the F1 money pit, will definitely drive for Dale Coyne Racing.

We are told Pipped Mann is still working on driving the ovals. Not sure Carlos Huertas will be back at DCR because of the ovals.
