Does Chevy IndyCar engine have a glitch?

Both cars that stalled on the grid at Indianapolis this past Saturday had Chevy engines – polesitter Sebastian Saavedra and Juan Montoya. In the Houston GP last year James Hinchcliffe had his engine die when he dropped the clutch on the standing start. He also had a Chevy engine (this year Andretti Autosport switched to Honda power.)

So why are these Chevys stalling on the starting grids when the driver dumps the clutch? Is it an electrical issue, computer issue, or is it something else?

In all fairness Josef Newgarden stalled his Honda on the grid in Toronto last year due to an engine sensor malfunction, but a Honda has not stalled since.
