Quebec on 2015 IndyCar schedule?

According to reports, Quebec City officials are in negotiations with the IndyCar to bring the open-wheel series to the city and it could be part of the 2015 schedule. A few years back, Quebec had been courted to hold such an event but Quebec's colorful Mayor Regis Labeaume had been against the project mainly because he did not agree on where the race would be held, especially in historic Old Quebec
