IndyCar back to Richmond?

IndyCar wants to race in front of Richmond's empty grandstands disguised as fans again?

Robin Miller mentioned at the end of ESPN's Speedcenter Sunday that Indy Car could return to Richmond. Richmond is another oval that failed miserably after Marlboro and Firestone stopped giving away free tickets, but realize Richmond is a NASCAR town and the fans are not going to show up for an IndyCar race unless you give them a free ticket.

Fontana, New Hampshire, Las Vegas, etc. All failed ovals that will fail again. Sure, the season finale on the Vegas oval will have some fans in the grandstands, but realize 90% of them will be freebies.
