As the sun sets on a glittering 30-year career, Brazil’s Christian Fittipaldi will bow out of racing as a 2-time IMSA series Champion, a 3-time winner of the Daytona 24 Hours and a 40-time Formula One Grand Prix entrant. He’s also won multiple times in CART IndyCars and at Sebring Raceway, and has raced for Richard Petty in NASCAR.

Mobil 1 The Grid spoke with the retiring icon ahead of his final race at Daytona International Speedway, as he reflects on his widespread achievements in motorsport, and how he followed in the footsteps of his father Wilson and uncle Emerson to compete across a catalog of racing disciplines.
