Las Vegas to host resurrected USGP?

01/21/09 According to an AR1.com source from Europe, a couple of very wealthy Arabs wanted to pay huge money to have a race in Qatar but Bernie Ecclestone said no because they already have two Middle Eastern races (Bahrain and Abu Dhabi). He said if they wanted, they could have their event in Vegas as early as 2010.

Apparently, these Arabs are also stockholders and big land owners in Vegas and have the pull and the money to get whatever they want in the way of city cooperation, casino enthusiasm…etc.
