Could Penske buy ISC?
If Kentucky Speedway is successful in breaking up NASCAR and ISC with its antitrust lawsuit, the France family could be forced to sell controlling interest in ISC so that races would be given to the highest bidder (like the Super Bowl is awarded) instead of awarding races based on the best way to line the France families pockets with cash. But who would afford to buy it? Roger Penske is someone would could buy it, if he so desired. ISC bought all of Penske's tracks years ago and it's quite conceivable that he and his son Greg Penske could buy them back.
