Frank Williams prepared to sue

Williams team boss Sir Frank Williams has expressed his concerns about the Red Bull Racing team supplying their sister team, Toro Rosso, with the same chassis in 2007, both designed by Adrian Newey. The only difference between the two teams will be the engine, one with Ferrari while the other will make use of Renault power.

"The same car with a different badge is out of order and not within the regulations," he told Autosport. "That is not a legally driven statement, but a personal opinion after having read the regulations with regards to customer cars. I suppose what really matters is that if it is a rule, then please observe it. If not, then be ready to take the consequences."
