Who will replace da Matta?

Rumor has it that since RuSPORT was not able to do a deal with Dario Franchitti for the final three races in 2006, the team could run either of the two drivers battling for the 2006 Champ Car Atlantic series championship – Graham Rahal or Simon Pagenaud, in the final two races. Both drivers are rumored to be moving up to Champ Car in 2007 (Rahal with Newman/Haas and Pagenaud with his $2 million Atlantic title winnings to Walker Racing – assuming he wins the title, which appears likely) and the two races in 2006 would give them a leg up for 2007.
