Former Mazda partner SpeedSource Race Engineering will make most of the cars and equipment it used to service the Japanese brand available for purchase by online auction.

The Dec. 19 liquidation, held by Key Auctioneers, comes after SpeedSource owner Sylvain Tremblay made the decision to cease his racing operation.

Among the items of interest, one ex-Status GP Lola LMP2 and a Multimatic P2 will be offered minus engine. Three of the unique tube frame, diesel-powered Mazda6 GX models built by Riley Technologies for the 2013 Grand-Am season will go up for sale; only one comes with a motor.

Pit equipment, shop equipment, including machining and fabrication items, and all the sundry items that went into the running of its touring car, GT, and prototype campaigns will be available starting at 10 a.m. ET on the 19th.
