Schu to quit, thinks Merc chief

(GMM) Mercedes-Benz's Jurgen Hubbert thinks Michael Schumacher is shaping up to quit formula one.

The German, in the paddock for the British grand prix at Silverstone, said the Ferrari driver's infamous 'Rascasse' moment a fortnight ago indicates that Schumacher is desperate to win an eighth and final title.

''I interpret it as a quest to win the championship again so that he can stop as world champion,'' Hubbert, 66, told 'sid' agency.
