Aguri facing new car delay

(GMMf1NET) Super Aguri is likely to race the modified four-year-old Arrows for some time, with team boss Aguri Suzuki admitting that staff at Leafield HQ are only now beginning a new car.

Originally, whispers suggested that a bespoke 'SA06' might be ready to replace its dated predecessor as soon as the Imola (San Marino) race late next month.

But Japan's Suzuki said in Bahrain: ''(We have) only 100 people (in the team).

''With the season starting, it's very difficult to get the new car developed, but it's been started now.''

Suzuki also revealed that some Honda engineers are helping the team to get up to speed.
