Bank of America and ISC to announce 5-year deal

Rumor has it that Bank of America today will announce it has entered a five-year, multi-track sponsorship agreement with Int’l Speedway Corp. (ISC). Beginning this season, BofA will serve as the official bank of ISC’s California Speedway, Kansas Speedway, Phoenix Int’l Raceway and Watkins Glen Int’l. Financial terms of the deal were not released. In addition to signage and display space throughout the four speedways, the agreement also entitles BofA to place ATMs at those tracks.

As early as today, the company could also announce that Dover Int’l Speedway’s MBNA 400 will become the Neighborhood Excellence 400 presented by Bank of America. That race entitlement, which was made possible because of the merger of BofA and MBNA, will give increased awareness to one of the bank’s major corporate philanthropy initiatives.
