Alonso’s new girl

2005 world champion Fernando Alonso has a new girlfriend, according to reports in Spain.

The 24-year-old Renault driver is dating fellow Spaniard Raquel Rosario, vocalist of the band 'El Sueno de Morfeo' (Morpheus' Dream).

''The couple have been spotted out together in Oviedo frequently,'' the 'Think Spain' publication wrote.

Alonso and former girlfriend, Carolina Costa, split in August.

He met Rosario last month at an event in Madrid, at which her band performed as 'a homage' to Alonso's achievements. Apparently the band was invited 'at his request'.
