Elan/Force 10 to bid on ’07 Champ Car

AutoRacing1.com sources tell us that Force 10 and Elan Motorsports, who announced the formation of a joint relationship today (see Hot News press release) will be one of the companies submitting a proposal to build the new 2007 Champ Car. It is expected that a number of companies will bid, including Lola of course. Lola builds the current Champ Car.

Elan Motorsports is owned by Billionaire Don Panoz of ALMS fame and, among other endeavors, they currently build cars for the IRL and compete against Dallara.
