Mike on the move, again?

Mike Gascoyne might again be on the move. The highly lauded technical man, who oversaw Renault and now Toyota's rise to the front of the grid, is currently wanted at Williams, according to a rumor in the Imola paddock. England's 'Telegraph' newspaper said the job would include a 'hefty pay rise' on Mike's bulging $7m per-year deal. He admitted to the publication that, with Toyota in Germany and his young family in Oxfordshire, working for an English team is easier. Gascoyne continued: ''People say I never stick around to finish things off. But look at it this way — I've never failed.''
