St. Pete attendance artifically manufactured

Based on the percentage of fans in these photos from St. Pete wearing Marlboro hats, it is clear that up to 50% or more of the attendance for the IRL race was due to free ticket giveaways from Marlboro, Honda, Toyota, Firestone, and 7-11. Reports from moles in St. Pete tell us that they estimate as much as 75% of the attendees were there on a free ride. No way of knowing for sure, however.
