NASCAR Fines Rodney Childers $10,000

Rodney Childers, crew chief for the No. 4 Stewart-Haas Racing Ford driven by Kevin Harvick has been fined $10,000 by NASCAR.

The fine was levied because Harvick’s car was found to have one lug nut that was not properly installed following Sunday night’s Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway.

Harvick finished fourth.
