18-Year Old Mexican eyes Champ Car

This Esto Mexican newspaper article reports that 18 year old Antonio "Tormentita" Pérez-Garibay is working to get a ride with HVM this season. He will test in February, and supposedly Mario Dominguez is helping him to get the ride. The article says that Dominguez wants a young Mexican driver to stay in case he goes to F1 next year, and that is something Adrian Fernandez never did, i.e. help a Mexican driver.
