Schumacher won’t stop until…

Sources close to Michael Schumacher believe he won’t stop until he has won 10 world championships. According to this month’s edition of F1 Racing magazine, Schumacher has also set his heart on racking up 100 race wins. Schumacher has two more years on his current Ferrari contract but told guests at the FIA Prize Giving Gala in December that he had no plans to quit. He said: “There’s so much more to come, so much more to enjoy, and so much more to win." Schumacher’s CV currently boasts 83 race wins and seven world titles. Given Ferrari’s current level of dominance, it is not inconceivable that he could chalk up a century of race wins within the next two years. Schumacher is already 32 race wins ahead of his nearest rival, Alain Prost with 51 victories. But the suggestion that the German is keen to win 10 world titles is more of an eye-opener. ITV-F1
