F1 testing limit plan about to collapse

Autosport reports that Honda officials revealed at the Autosport International show that Honda will not go along with the 2005 30-day in-season testing limit if Ferrari does not agree as well. Honda wants to win the World Championship and refuses to put itself at an immediate disadvantage to Ferrari by agreeing to something Ferrari doesn't. If Honda backs out, the whole plan to cut testing, and hence costs, will be scuppered. Mark C.
