Chevrolet and Sebring International Raceway confirmed today an extension of their marketing partnership as the two groups head into the 65th Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring Fueled by Fresh from Florida.

"It’s a pleasure for Chevrolet to continue our relationship with Sebring International Raceway," said Michael Stouffer, Chevrolet Marketing Motorsports Manager. “This partnership allows us to showcase Chevrolet and the Corvette brand on one of the biggest stages in global sports car racing. Sebring is steeped in tradition, and we are proud to play a significant role in the race’s history with a number of victories and important moments."

Chevrolet continues to serve as the Official Vehicle of Sebring – one of multiple, mutual benefits for both sides. Chevrolet also is displayed prominently around the track with high-visibility signage including the famed Turn One walkover bridge along with additional significant activations at the 12 Hours of Sebring.

Sebring International Raceway originated from a WWII B-17 training base known as Hendricks Field. Since 1952, Sebring has hosted the 12-hour classic that has annually attracted the world’s finest cars and drivers. The demanding 3.74-mile circuit is considered among the toughest tracks in the world.

“Sebring International Raceway and Chevrolet are proud partners, and our fans are Corvette fans," said Wayne Estes, President and General Manager of Sebring International Raceway. “It is most fitting that Corvette will pace the field for the 65th running of America’s classic sports car race."
