Belgium GP under red-flag

The first few laps of the Belgium GP at Spa have been fraught with crashes the most recent being Kevin Magnussen who hit the curb coming out of Eau Rouge, lost control of his Renault, and hit the barriers so hard they had to stop the race while the barriers are repaired. Magnussen was OK.

The two Ferraris of Vettel and Raikkonen touched in Turn 1 and that started the action and around the first lap there were many other cars taken out due to contact including Sainz Jr, Button, Ericsson and Wehrlein. All the carnage has allowed Lewis Hamilton, who started dead last, to now run 5th with a real chance to win the race after lap 10 of 44.
