ESPN's Bob Pockrass reports, "Dover International Speedway will replace the guard rails it had on the inside of Turn 3 with approximately 500 feet of SAFER Barrier by the time NASCAR visits for its May 13-15 race weekend.
The steel-and-foam barrier is designed to absorb energy in a crash." ESPN.com
