Miss Coors Light program discontinued
2015's Miss Sprint Cup Amanda Mertz announced Monday night on her Facebook page that the Miss Sprint Cup program will be not exist next season:
"I'm sure many of you have heard about the recent SAB MillerCoors merger, I had prayed that things would remotely stay the same within the company. In fact, we already had a 2016 contract drawn up, a photoshoot for next season POS & my fire suit just arrived. I am sad to announce that Coors Light is going through a rebranding/budget cut phase & they had to make a last second decision, there will no longer be a Miss Coors Light program within the sport of NASCAR.
