Impossible conditions

At a still-sodden Austin circuit qualifying has been delayed by 30 minutes due to weather conditions. Rain and winds have lashed the area for the past two days, and don't show much signs of letting up. The skies are also very dark overhead.

It's very possible qualifying will not happen today, but it is now scheduled for 2:30 PM ET, 1:30 PM local time.
